One of the few things that humans are good at is sleeping. Admit it, it’s something we all love to do. Particularly on a weekend when we have nothing to do other than a light bit of shopping.
It’s the best way to relax and unwind after a busy and stress-filled day.
It seems that everyone has their own way of sleeping. Some people sleep on their side, some women sleep on the front or sprawled out across the bed.
But the way in which we fall asleep can be quite telling about who we are and what we’re like. Our sleeping position actually tells us a lot about our characteristics and personality traits.
You’re in bed, comfy, wearing your favorite pair of PJs, your alarms set, and you’re incredibly relaxed. Your body is in a position that’s taking up as much space as possible. You’re sleeping on your stomach with your legs and arms all over the place, and you’ve never been more comfortable. Does that sound like you?
Well, it means you have an open and welcoming personality, although possibly a little too open at times.
We’re not talking some half-hearted, limp-handshake kind of hug here. We’re talking about holding onto the pillow and duvet for dear life! If you know this is something you’ve done when you’re asleep then it means you’re a kind person. You’re known to be an incredibly loyal, reliable and trusting friend, although sometimes slightly too trusting.
